Shipping and Handling
Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.
Each order can be purchased for free shipping (only for a single shipping location) if the purchase is over HK$300.
Free delivery service is only available in Hong Kong through SF Express. Most orders post within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), and someone must be at home to collect our deliveries. Delivery charges are calculated via the weight set by SF Express.
Although we usually offer worldwide shipping, some countries have suspended any imported goods via AIR mail during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please contact us to see if we can currently ship to your country, or place your desired goods into your basket and check for your country at checkout. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have normal global shipping back in service soon!
Please note, our customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes that may be incurred.
We are based in Discovery Bay. If you would like to avoid shipping charges and pick up your order at Discovery Bay instead, please choose this option at check-out. After your order has been prepared and dropped off at Nest Care in Discovery Bay, we will notify you that it is ready for collection via email or WhatsApp.
The delivery service will be postponed when the number 8 signal hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or because of COVID 19 related restrictions if we determine that the delivery is unsafe. The company will contact you to change the delivery date.
Aromonix is not responsible for the return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.
We do not accept any cancellation after the order has been confirmed.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us with the information regarding the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
We cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us. We strongly encourage our customers to try sample sizes of our products before investing in a full-sized product, to ensure they are not sensitive to any of the ingredients in the product.
Please ensure that the packaging remains the same, otherwise, it will call into question whether the item was actually used and damaged at that time.
For items returned within 7 days, store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: shipping costs will be deducted). Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
Aromonix reserves the right to request photographic support regarding Defective Merchandise before authorizing a return.
If the goods do not have sufficient inventory and you need to cancel your order, we will notify you by email. If you have made any payment, we will refund you. We will deposit the refund (any amount deducted from your credit card) into your payment account within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the notification email.
