Direction to use:
Essential oils are great to use as diffusers or vaporizers. Simply add a few drops of your chosen essential oil in water or suitable carrier recommended for your diffuser. Or simply put a few drops into a bath. To create a therapeutic massage oil or nourishing body oil dilute your essential oil in a carrier oil.
Do not apply essential oils to your skin undiluted. Some essential oils, when diluted is suitable for use in skin care formulations. Generally, 1-2% of essential oil diluted in any of the carrier oil such as sunflower or olive oil (cold-pressed or infused) is considered safe. Some essential oils can cause irritation even in dilution and are not suitable in skincare.
